Roosevelt is the Senior Manager of Training & Contractors for Tetra Technologies, Inc. His professional experience includes work as a safety management for the past 27 years. He has been involved in every aspect of safety and health including environmental safety in the areas of oil & gas, chemicals, refineries, construction, retail and security. Roosevelt has a bachelor of science degree in Health from Texas Southern University, Houston, TX. (Term expires 10/2009)
Dr. Jeffrey Chung, Ph.D., CSHM, CHFP
Dr. Chung is Managing Principal of ErgoRemedy, LLC, a human factors and safety management consulting firm in Northern California. His professional experience includes senior level environment, health and safety program development and management, as well as teaching, expert witness testimony and consulting. He has held technical, academic and management positions at the University of California (UC), Riverside, UC Santa Barbara and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. His has a bachelors degree in Human Factors from UC Santa Barbara, a masters of science degree in Safety Sciences from University of Southern California and a doctorate in Education from UC Santa Barbara."

Marilyn Clark Alston, MBA,CSHM,CSHO
Marilyn is currently a Safety and Health Compliance Officer for the Department of Labor/Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA). She has worked for the Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency(FEMA) for two years as the Senior Safety and Health Manager at the Gulf Coast Recovery Office in New Orleans, LA during the aftermath of hurricane Katrina. She has over 18 years with OSHA. Six of those years she served as the Compliance Assistance Specialist in Little Rock providing outreach and training services for the entire state of Arkansas. She has worked in OSHA Regions V and VI and currently is assigned to Region VII. She is a retired Lt Colonel from the United States Air Force Reserves. She served 30 years in many capacities to include Accounting and Finance Officer, EEO Manager, and Inspector General(IG). In addition she held two Squadron Commander positions as well as one Group Commander position. As Safety and Health Compliance Officer for OSHA, she has conducted over 700 enforcement inspections to date and 12 fatality investigations. She is an OSHA outreach trainer for both Construction and General Industry. She received the Certified Safety and Health Officer designation from Texas A & M University - Texas Engineering Extension Services(TEEX). Marilyn has earned a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from Grambling State University and a MBA from Ball State University, Muncie, IN. She has been a member of NSMS for over 7 years. (Term expires 10/2010)
Dr. Charles W. McGlothlin, Jr., Ph.D., P.E.
Dr. McGlothlin is Program Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Program at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. He has work as an engineer, senior operations manager, and safety educator for over 40 years. McGlothlin has served as the corporate officer responsible for operations and environmental, health, and safety compliance at mining operations for Bethlehem Steel in Pennsylvania, Atlantic Richfield and Kaiser Coal corporations in Utah, and KN Energy in Colorado. Professor McGlothlin received BS and MS degrees in Mining Engineering from West Virginia University and his Ph.D. in Education and Human Resource Studies at Colorado State University. Tom is currently a Tenured Professor in the Department of Loss Prevention and Safety At Eastern Kentucky University. He has worked as safety coordinator, corporate safety director as well as in Personnel/human resource and industrial relation director positions for several Fortune 500 companies. Founding member of the law firm of Schumann & Schneid, PLLC located in Richmond, Kentucky. Tom has earned a bachelor of science in Education, a master of science and CAS in safety, a master of science in International Business, a Ph.D. in Environmental engineering and J.D. in Law from West Virginia University, and a LL.M. from the University of San Diego. Timothy Wells, CSHM, WSO-CSM
Timothy is Chief Solutions Officer and Director of Risk Management Resources, LLC a safety and health consulting firm based in The Woodlands, Texas. With over 25 years in the environmental, safety and health profession, he has worked within the petrochemical, pipeline and oil/gas exploration and production industries developing and implementing management systems, training, performing site and contractor assessments. He has been published in several professional periodicals, spoken at numerous professional events and developed leadership programs for the oil and gas industry.
